Application: Channel Auto Poster · Last updated: June 28, 2026

Overview

Channel Auto Poster ("the app," "we," "our") is a private, single-user tool used to upload, schedule, and manage videos for a single YouTube channel that we own and operate. The app is not offered to third parties and has no public end users. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how access can be revoked.

Information the app accesses

The app accesses only the YouTube channel for which it is explicitly authorized by the channel owner through Google's OAuth consent flow. Within that authorized channel, the app:

To keep the app running without repeated sign-in, the app stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google for the authorized account. It also stores video metadata and reusable templates (titles, descriptions, product links) that the operator supplies.

Information the app does NOT collect

How information is used

Accessed data is used solely to perform the actions the operator initiates: uploading and scheduling the operator's own videos and posting the operator's own product-link comments on those videos. Data is not used for any other purpose.

Data storage and retention

OAuth tokens and operator-supplied metadata are stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator (Cloudflare Workers and D1). Data is retained only as long as needed to operate the app and is deleted when the operator removes it or revokes the app's access.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any accessed data with third parties. No data is transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or any party outside the operator.

Limited Use disclosure

Channel Auto Poster's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The app uses YouTube API Services, and by using the app you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access and deleting data

The authorized account owner can revoke the app's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the app from accessing the channel. To request deletion of any stored tokens or metadata, contact us using the details below.
